Devices with Mobile Device Management

Devices enrolled in Mobile Device Management (MDM) programs may have policies that are incompatible with GigaFox. Before connecting devices enrolled in MDM programs, unenroll the device from the following policies:

• A policy requiring a PIN or password/passcode. In the case that an iOS device must be enrolled in a passcode enabled policy, GigaFox will prevent the device from locking after the device has been unlocked manually once after reboot.
• A policy preventing applications from being installed outside of a MDM.
