Export & Import Users List

A GigaFox Users lists can be exported and imported from and to GigaFox.

Export Users List

To export a CSV file of the GigaFox Users list:

  1. On the Users page, click the Export active users or Export all users link to download the list.

    2. or

  2. Run the -userexport command on the CLI.

Import Users List

Importing a CSV list to GigaFox will create users with the information available on the list.

Use a GigaFox generated exported list or to manually create a list:

  1. On the Users page, click Import Users.
  2. On the Import Users dialog, click download the blank template link.
  3. On the downloaded template, manually enter the information needed to create a GigaFox user.

To import a list:

  1. On the Users page, click Import Users.
  2. On the Import Users dialog, click the Upload User List File.
  3. Select a list and click Open.
